How credits are calculated

Studio and designed voices use about one credit per ten characters, rounded up. A passage of approximately 250 characters uses about 25 credits. Voice cloning uses 1.5× that amount, rounded up, so the same passage uses 38 credits. Each request is limited to 500 characters, so one generation uses no more than 50 standard credits or 75 cloning credits.

Credits are reserved before generation and returned automatically if the service cannot complete the request. Included monthly credits reset at the beginning of the applicable free month or paid billing period; unused included credits do not roll over.

Extra credit packs

Active paid subscribers can add 500 credits for $7 or 2,000 credits for $20. Purchased extra credits remain available while the account stays in good standing and are used alongside the plan balance according to the service’s credit ledger.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Use “Manage billing & cancellation” in your profile to cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period; after that date the subscription does not renew and no new monthly credits are issued. Payment management is handled securely through Stripe.
